Be Mediation: Commute to Meditate

Forced isolation can bring stress and uncertainty into our days, as we continue to learn the impact of Coronavirus. It might feel overwhelming, but we are determined to find a silver lining and bring people together as a community. Without your daily commute, you just got 45 minutes of your life back. Create a daily meditation practice for the amount of time you would have been on your commute. Join Be Meditation for a guided meditation, for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or the full 45-minute practice. Join from home, or even your office, if you are still heading there each day. Everyone is welcome. 

Beginning next week, (March 24th and 26th at 7:00am), Katie Swartz is hosting a free, virtual, Tuesday/Thursday guided meditation to find a silver lining and bring people together as a community.
