Young
Young is a lifelong meditation practitioner. She started Zen meditation in South Korea and added mindfulness to her practice 25 years ago. Young has practiced Chi Gung for 20 years, teaching multi-ethnic community groups in the city of Chicago for 15 years, where she worked as a nurse practitioner.

This 45-minute class begins with a short meditation, takes you through meditative movements, and ends with a short closing meditation. Come prepared to stand and move with intention.
