Where do you practice being your highest self?

While this practice is not limited to one space, place or time; we do want to ensure we are setting aside a designated area for meditation can be more impactful than you may believe.

Start by thinking about the purpose of the space. Is it to have a private place for meditation, or to have shared space with others? Is it to create a serene feeling in your home, or for you to seek inner calm and clarity? The purpose of your space will help you determine where it should be and what you will need. 🙏🏼

This doesn’t need to be a hefty task to take on, you don’t need an entire room for meditation – a corner of a room will do. You could also use an empty, spacious closet if you have one. You could even make one in your backyard or garden. 🌿

Then begin to make the space yours and reflective of it’s purpose that you decided on previously. Choose something that is meaningful to you. You don’t really need anything to meditate besides your body and breath. But there are many affects that can be used for practices such as a meditation pillow and cushion, singing bowl or a focal point to rest your attention on ✨

Allow this space within your home to embody stillness, and resonate as a special area that is devoted to your practice. Only use this space for rest, yoga, meditation, or quiet time 😌
