Mindfulness is one meditation technique, of many. There are many meditation techniques to help address specific concerns (anxiety, sleeplessness, stress, feelings of isolation) or to help you gain mental resiliency, inner peace, and calm. You can practice mindfulness-awareness, a type of mindfulness, during your day, without closing your eyes or sitting in a chair or a cushion, or you can choose from other meditation techniques.
