In Annie’s, Be Strong Workshop, she will teach you how to develop your physical and emotional strengths. You will build confidence, gain a sense of clarity, and a deeper connection within yourself. This soul-searching discovery will have a positive impact on your relationships, work-life and overall wellbeing.

Through yoga, you will harness your natural power and learn to listen to your body’s signals. Mediation will help you quiet your mind and focus your attention on your breath. And the group interaction will give you a safe space to share and be open with a like-minded community.
