What are the benefits to teaching mindfulness to children?
For starters it can help a child develop a sense of self belief and master the ability to maintain a calm mind vs a reactive one. They can also gain an understanding of how to regulate their emotions, as well as learn to focus their minds.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will discuss simple and helpful ways to incorporate mindfulness into your child’s everyday life. Be prepared to play games, sing songs, and dive into your creative play!
Who knows, you may even learn some effective strategies to incorporate mindfulness into your own life!
