We have all heard about the benefits of meditation from different sources lately, either in the news, our best friend, from co-workers, or even dear Aunt Sally.   They describe how the practice has helped calm their minds, cleared their brain fog and relieved burnout.  They go on and on, shouting (quietly😊) how wonderful it is! We are all on board.  It sounds like true bliss.

But wait, will I need to sit and chant for 30 minutes?  What if my mind doesn’t stop thinking? How does it work on Zoom? What does all this entail, and more importantly does it mean adding another “to do” to my already busting schedule?
