Become aware that you are not alone in having these feelings. Meditation can act like a mirror to your inner world, and show you the tension, restlessness and racing thoughts that have been causing you stress. As your focus and concentration deepens, you can begin to notice the thoughts and body sensations that are the cause of the restlessness, tension and stress, and see them as signals of something that needs to change or be accepted.
